What's going On With the New Old Hotel?
In 2009, the Comfort Inn/Capital Beltway (formerly the Fairfield Inn Capital Beltway) will be a preferred select service hotel in suburban Maryland serving the needs of travelers in the economy and mid price segments, as well as a preferred provider of rooms to tour groups traveling to the Washington DC and Baltimore area.
Positioned just 10 miles outside Washington, DC and 30 miles south of Baltimore, we are an affordable price alternative to those traveling to the DC and Baltimore metro areas that are seeking quieter, safer and more affordable lodging as compared to downtown hotels.
Our breakfast room, which hosts a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast each morning, provides complimentary coffee and extra work space during the day for anyone. Guests can also relax in our lobby area, which features complimentary wireless internet access in front of a cozy fireplace and flat panel LCD TV.
Recreational areas include a spacious outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool as well as a fitness center equipped with treadmills, stair climber, elliptical, and exercise cycle.
With 166 standard guest rooms and 3 deluxe suites, our guests can choose from a variety of bed types including one king bed, one queen bed, two queen beds or two room suites with sofa beds or conference table.
